SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY



This Special Power of Attorney is made this 21st day of January, 2025 by Centerline Car

Rentals, LLC and Highest Potential Design, LLC of St. Thomas USVI 00803, hereinafter



("HPD").



Whereby, Centerline Car Rentals, LLC ("Company"), appoints John P. Woods, NCARB, AIA,

Principal of Highest Potential Design, LLC with full power of substitution (herein called

"attorney-in- fact"), as true and lawful attorney in fact to represent and act on behalf of the

Company to do and execute the following:



1. Todo all such things and represent Centerline Car Rentals, LLC with respect to zoning,

planning and design for 31B, 32B, 34CA, 34CAA, 34CB Strand Street, Christiansted, St

Croix, US Virgin Islands 00820 before any regulatory or governmental board,

committee, planning office, instrumentality, department or legislative body; and



2. To execute, sign, enter into, acknowledge, perfect and do all such agreements,

instruments, acts and things as shall be required in relation to all or any of the purposes or

matters aforesaid.



These powers granted in this instrument are effective for one year from the date of

execution of this document. The powers herein and hereby conferred are specific in

nature and the attorney-in-fact is by this power fully authorized to act in all matters and

affairs identified above, as fully and effectively as the Company might do if present and

acting, third persons being relieved of the responsibility to determine or to require

compliance by my attorney-in-fact with the Company's instruction.



In extension and not in limitation of the powers given by other provisions of this

instrument, the Company confers upon the attorney-in-fact the power to do all things

deemed necessary or proper to carry out the provisions and intent of this power of

attorney;



All parties dealing with my attorney-in-fact in connection with affairs of 31B, 32B, 34CA,

34CAA, 34CB Strand Street, Christiansted, St Croix, US Virgin Islands 00820 may fully

rely upon his power and authority to act on behalf of the Company and may accept and

rely on agreements entered into by him pursuant to this power of attorney.
