Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much of it as necessary, is appropriated from the

General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Virgin Islands Fire 
3 
and Emergency Medical Services Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 
4 
30, 2026 as hereinafter specified:
