  CIB Arrest Fugitive from Justice on 2 Outstanding Warrants  
Charlotte, St. Thomas- On Monday, September 5, 2022, John Stephen Grandgerard was taken 
into custody by Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau after investigation revealed that 
Grandgerard was wanted out of the State of Florida for two (2) outstanding warrants, to include 
Dealings with Stolen Property.   
37-year-old John Stephen Grandgerard was arrested, booked and processed. Bail was set in this 
matter and Grandgerard was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending the extradition 
process.
