Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sum, or so much as may be necessary, is appropriated from

the Indirect Cost Fund, in the fiscal year October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, for the

operating expenses of the Office of Management and Budget, the Virgin Islands Division of

Personnel, and the Virgin Islands Departments of Finance and Property and Procurement.
