Act No, 4992 VIRGIN ISLANDS SESSION LAWS 1984



(1) Standards for determining the exact dimensions and loca-

tions of such easements ;



(2) Restrictions on vegetation, buildings and other objects

which could obstruct the passage of sunlight or wind through such

easements ;



(3) Terms or conditions, if any, under which an easement may

be revised or terminated ; and



(4) Considerations of cost, feasibility, contour, and configura-

tion of the parcels or units to be subdivided.

~ (ce) Such an easement shall not result in reducing allowable

densities on any segment of a parcel or unit of a subdivision which

may be occupied by a building. or other structure already con-

structed, or presently under construction, on the effective date of

this chapter.



Section 2. Title 29, section 275, Virgin Islands Code, i is amended

by adding a new subsection “(e)” to read as follows: :

(e) Subdivision plans required under this chapter must ‘comply

with the provisions of Title 28, section 1006, Virgin Islands Code,

' WHEREAS Cyril E. King was born on April 7, 1921, on 1 the

island of St. Croix; and



WHEREAS Cyril E. King attended St. Ann’s Catholic School

at Barren Spot and was graduated by St. Mary’ 8s Catholic School

in Christiansted, St. Croix; and .



WHEREAS in 1947 Cyril E: King entered American University

in Washington, D.C., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree

in Public Administration and later completed extensive graduate -

work in the fields of government, public administration and t political
