Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any other law, the sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated

from the Virgin Islands Insurance Guaranty Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2024 through 
3 
September 30, 2025 as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government 
4 
of the Virgin Islands.
