Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing

the zoning designation of Parcel No. N-1-Remainder of Tract 1 Estate Nazareth, No. 1 Red 
4 
Hook Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 5.032 U.S. acres, more or less, as more 
5 
fully shown on Survey Drawing No. D9-9848-T024, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One 
6 
and Two Family) to P (Public).
