Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) The sum of $910,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending 
2 
September 30, 2024, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin 
3 
Islands to the Virgin Islands to the Department of Health to be disbursed to the Caribbean 
4 
Kidney Center to assist with the funding of salaries for dialysis nurses and other staff for the 
5 
period of October 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

(b) 
The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended.
