GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION Docket No. 634 Order No. 54/2014 IN RE: APPLICATION OF VIRGIN ISLANDS WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF FROM CONDITIONS IN PSC ORDER NO. 20/2008 FOR AN INCREASED WASTEWATER USER FEE ORDER WHEREAS, on August 4, 2014, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority’s (hereinafter “Authority” or “WMA”) submitted an Application for Special Waste Fees to the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“hereinafter “PSC” or “Commission”’); and WHEREAS, WMA’s Application requests that the Commission approve the proposed Special Waste Fees as requested in the Application and provide such other and further relief that is fair, just and equitable; and WHEREAS, on August 26, 2014, the Commission held a Special Meeting in both its offices on St. Thomas and St. Croix; and WHEREAS, WMA and the Commission’s staff provided testimony before the Commission; and WHEREAS, on upon review and deliberation, the Commission voted to appoint Attorney Dolace N. McLean as Hearing Examiner to preside over the proceedings for Docket 634, the Authority’s Application for Special Waster Fees; and NOW THEREFORE, the Commission hereby appoints Attorney Dolace N.
