Administrative Order on Consent for Removal Action at the L'Henry. Inc.
Dear Mr. Reed:
Please find a copy of the executed Order on Consent with L'Henry, Inc. to conduct the
Interim Remediation of Soils at the O'Henry Cleaner. The field work will start Monday,
March 6, 1995. Approximately 1575 cubic feet of soil will be excavated and store on
the L'Henry's property pursuant to the RCRA Land Ban Disposal Restriction. This
work will last from 5 to 14 days. I will be overseeing the field work and conducting
split samples for confirmation during excavation.

work. I will be staying in the Stouffer Grand Beach Resort.
