DESIGN OF THE REICHHOLD CULTURAL CENTER



(Board of Trustees Meeting, June 18, 1967)



A report was made to the Board on a recent meeting of community

leaders concerning the design of the Reichhold Cultural Center, and the

deliberations of this group were being made available to the College's

architects. The President had recently talked again with Mr. Reichhold

and had been advised that Mr. Reichhold wished the projected cultural

center to be planned for the future as well as for the immediate needs of

the Virgin Islands, even though the cost of the building might considerably



exceed earlier estimates.
