Eligibility Criteria: Applicant must be currently enrolled at UVI and 
expect to matriculate full time during the 2012-2013 academic year. 
There are no residency or minimum grade point requirements. 
STUDENT MUST SUBMIT: 
 application form 
 attach a summary showing a  minimum of 50 hours of community service 
rendered at UVI or within the local community within the past 12 months 
letter(s) verifying the community service performed and/or contact 
information for the organization(s) served. 
∗Awardee will receive a $3000.00 scholarship for 2012-2013. This scholarship is not transferable, cannot be converted to 
cash and is subject to federal laws prohibiting the overpayment of a student’s need.
