1. Question: Would the government consider an extension to allow us to bid?

Would the government accept a soft copy by Tuesday, with a hard copy

coming later in the week?



Response: The solicitation period is extended through June 4, 2019.



2. Question: Was the bidders conference a requirement in order for us to bid,

or could we receive that information now?



Response: The pre-bid conference was not mandatory. Therefore, all potential

bidders have the opportunity to respond to the RFP prior to the proposal

deadline of June 4, 2019.
