For more than twenty years, our Association has been fortunate to have Attorney Williams as our legal counsel.

steadfast work ethic, and deep commitment to fairness have guided us through complex matters with clarity and 
confidence. 
Attorney Williams is known for his calm yet commanding presence, his thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and his 
consistent ability to communicate effectively even under pressure. His guidance has not only protected our interests but 
has strengthened our Association’s capacity to serve educators and students across the Territory. 
While we will undoubtedly feel the loss of such a dedicated and honest attorney, we are equally confident that the Virgin 
Islands will gain an exceptional member of the judiciary. His fairness, prudence, and unwavering ethical compass will, 
without question, be assets to the bench and to the wider community he will serve.
