Executive Orcer No. 10—1920 is hereby amended, and the instructions contained therein shall be saperseded by the instructions contained in this order. i 2 1n the future all persons discharged from Richmond Penitentiary who have served for a period of six months will be furnished with the clothing in which they appeared at the time of confinement and nrot over Francs 25 in cash, which sum. dependingon the circumstances—- and in the discretion of the Director of Police——may be reduced, but not below the sum of Francs 5. 3. Persons discharged from Richmond Penitentiary who are natives of St. Croix will not be returned to St. Thomas at Government’s expense, but natives n St. Thomas, when convicted in St. Thomas, will be furnished with return transportation at the expiration of their sentences. - 4. The expenses incurred by para- graph 2 and 3 hereof shall be paid from “sMaintenance’’ Police Department. 5. Payments shall be made by check from the Despatching Secretary’s Office upon voucher signed by the person béing discharged and approved by the Director cf Police.
