MMES Program will award thirty-six National Science Foundation Scholarships in Science, 
Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (NSF S-STEM) to MMES students over five years. 
The two-year S-STEM award provides financially needy and academically talented scholars with 
$10,000 per year in funds toward tuition, $2,700 for supply and conference travel expenses 
over two years, and other professional development and mentoring support. A Free Application 
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be submitted to be considered for the scholarship.
