CIB ARREST CHRISTIANSTED MAN FOR UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONTACT 
Christiansted, St. Croix- On November 19, 2020, a victim walked into the Richard 
N. Callwood Command on St. Thomas and reported that she was sexually assaulted 
by Mr. John M. Green at the Kings Alley Hotel on St. Croix. The case was 
transferred to members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau on St. Croix. After 
the Investigation process an 
arrest 
warrant was signed for 58-year-old 
John M. Green by the Honorable Magistrate Judge Ernest Morris Jr., of the Superior 
Court of the Virgin Islands on September 7, 2022. 
   
Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau located Mr. Green, and he was placed 
under arrest, and charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact First Degree. Unable to post 
the $35,000 bail, Mr. Green was remanded to the John Bell Correctional 
Facility pending his Advice 
of 
Rights 
Hearing 
set 
for September 26, 2022, at 
the Superior Court.
