bands
could
be transported.
At present

can-
not
promise
to
furnish
transportation,
but the matter
could be looked into.

Commission.
The Vice-Chairman
remarked:

held
on

14,
a.c.
Committee
was appointed
to
investigate
and report
on
the
Congres-
sional
Commission’s
repori;
that
Com-
mittee
sent
in its
report,
and
in
the
meeting
heid
on
August 23,
the
matter
was
discussed,
but
as
Honorable
Mem:-
bers
are
aware
there
was
no final action
taken
upon
it as
there
was
no
quorum,
therefore
T have
piaced
it
on
the
Order
of
the
Day for final
dispositicn,
but
as
we have tut-ha!f of the
mewmbers
present
