EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION



Judith Akerman The Government is in need of services of a

d/b/a Judith Akerman & Associates professional contractor to represent the



3 Snake Brook RD Territory of the Virgin Islands of the United

Wayland, MA 01778 States as a tourism destination and to



increase tourism and travel to the United

States Virgin Islands from the New England

region, by a program of promotion and sales.



Pursuant to the renewal option provision, PCO26DOTT16 above

mentioned contract, and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary

funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the US Virgin Islands,

Department of Tourism exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the

aforesaid contract for the period December 1, 2016 to December 1, 2017 at the

rate stipulated cost therein.



All terms, covenant, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in

full force and effect.



Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance hereby signing and returning

four (4) originals to:
