PUBLIC NOTICE 
 
Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources 
informs the public that the following St. Thomas Coastal Zone Management (CZM) 
Committee Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 4:00pm. This meeting 
will be held via the video conferencing platform Microsoft Teams. The agenda is as follows:

The 
project 
proposes 
renovation/modernization and the addition of new buildings to meet the current and future 
demand for student space at the Pre K through 8th School. The renovation encompasses 
modernizing the existing classrooms and constructing new PreK-8th classrooms. The 
renovations include the administrative offices, library, cafeteria, kitchen, bathrooms, 
stairways, balconies, theater, hallways and all fixtures and equipment. 
 
Public Hearing (testimony will be heard) 
Public Hearing for Major Coastal Zone Management No. CZMJL0004-26- U.S.V.I. Soccer 
Federation Inc. The project proposes to build a soccer field with artificial turf playing 
surface, driveway, and parking area. The development will also include site lighting, 
perimeter fencing, and site improvements for the U.S.V.I. Soccer Federation use. The location 
for the project is Plot No. N-1 Remainder of Tract 1 Estate Nazareth, St. Thomas 00802.
