Order



On December 7, 2012, the parties met via telephone conference to discuss settlement

agreements regarding Transportation Services of St. John, Inc. (hereinafter “Transportation

Services) and Varlack Ventures, Inc. (hereinafter “Varlack”) petition for increase that was filed

with Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter “PSC” or “Commission”) on May

4, 2012. The following parties were present via telephone conference: Maria Hodge on behalf of

the Ferry Companies; Tanisha Bailey-Roka, General Counsel for the PSC; Avery Williams,

Technical Consultant; and Dolace McLean, Hearing Examiner.



It was discussed and agreed that the matter would be continued to allow the parties to

submit a brief written report and a final draft of the settlement agreement to the Hearing

Examiner no later than December 21, 2012; and



It is hereby ORDERED, that the parties will continue settlement discussions; and it is

further,



ORDERED, that on December 21, 2012, the parties must submit a brief written report

and a final settlement agreement draft to the Hearing Examiner.



DONE and SO ORDERED, this 10" day of December, 2012.
