1. How many handsets users will we need to account for? ~56 in STT and ~68 
in STX.  Are there any conference rooms? Yes,3total of 4 
 
2. Is it a t-1 or analog trunk lines operating at the sites?  we believe it is T1 if 
analog, how many at each site.  
 
3.  Does each desk area where a handset will be placed, have cat5/6 wire 
present? not presently in STT as we are in a temporary location; STX locations 
do have CAT 5/6 wires present. If not, will we need to incorporate within the 
quote running of additional lines. unnecessary in the STT district as we are 
operating in temporary location, and package should be primarily for the 
operating unit
