SUPPLY CONTRACT

This AGREEMENT, made this" y" day.of June, 2020; to provide janitorial.

services for the Law Enfercement Planniag Commission (“LEPC”) on St. Thomas, United States



Virgin Islands by and between the Goverment of the Virgin Islands, hereinafter called the

“GOVERNMENT”, and (an individtial [X]), (a partnership[ ]), (joint venture[ }),(a- corporation [ J),

(Territory of St. Thomas [X}), doing. business as Stedman Dana d/b/a JayDee’s Prof. Window

Cleaning & Powerwashing whose address is-P. O. Box 600202 Thomas, VI_ 00801 hereinafter called

the “CONTRACTOR”, Witnesseth:



For, and in consideration of the acceptance of the Contractor’s proposal, under Invitation for Bids

No. IFB026LEPC1T20 (S ) opened on April 15, 2020, and the award of this contract to the Contractor,

notification hereof having been made to the Contractor on April 29, 2020, and, in further consideration of

the covenants and agreements of the parties herein contained, to be well and truly observed and faithfully

kept by them, and each of them, it is mutually agreed between the partiés as follows:



SECTION 1. That for and in consideration of the:price or prices and-agreement in this proposal

hereto attached and made a part of this Contract, the said Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver any or

all of the services described in the said Invitation for Bids No. JFBO26LEPCT20 (S ) and the Scope of

Work (Addendum I) at the price or. prices stated therein and in-strict accordance with the conditions of

said. accepted proposal Compensation (Addendum II). The Advertisement, Invitation for Bids, General.

Provisions (Addendum 111) any Supplemental Provisions and Specifications, Termination of Contracts

(Addendum IV), and the Purchase Order, including any changes thereof, are-all part and parcel of this

Contract and are by this reference, incorporated in this Contract as fully and effectively as if set forth in

detail herein.



SECTION 2. The Government, for and in consideration of the full and true performance of the

work by the Contractor, agrees to pay the price or prices set forth in the attached Invitation for Bids.and

the scope of work as indicated in Addendum I (Scope of Work), in lawful money. of the. United States, and

the payment shall be made at the time and. in the manner set forth in the Invitation for Bids and the

General Provisions (Addendum I and TV),



SECTION 3. This -Contract ‘shall commerce on June 1, 2020 and shall terminate. on

May 31, 2021, with an option to’ renew, unless: mutually extended or-terminated by the parties. The

services under this contract shall be for a period of One (1) year with a rénewal option for a period of

Qne (1) year. No alterations or variations of the terms of the proposal shall be valid or binding upon the

Government unless made in writing and approved by the Government.

ADDENDUM I

Scope of Work



Stedman Dana d/b/a JayDee’s Prof. Window Cleaning & Powerwashing will provide janitorial service at the

office of LEPC located at 8000 Nisky Center Suite 700/701, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, which consists of

approximately 3,095 sq. ft. on two (2) levels of office space.



Stedman Dana d/b/a JayDee’s Prof. Window Cleaning & Powerwashing will furnish all labor, equipment and

supplies to provide the following:



Daily:

Sweep and mop all tiled floors



Dust file cabinets, cubicles, and desks



Vacuum two (2) rugged offices



Clean conference chairs and polish tables



Clean kitchenette- clean and disinfect sink, sweep and mop floor, clean countertop and tables

Clean front door, glass windows, and blinds



Empty all trash receptacles, replace with new bags, and dispose of all trash in receptacle located in

Nisky Center



Wash and disinfect trash receptacles



Disinfect door handles and light switches



Clean water dispenser



Clean inside and outside of microwave oven



Spot clean walls and partitions to remove stains and marks



Bi-Annually:

Machine scrub and wax floors, clean carpets and windows



Janitorial services will be performed bi-weekly (two (2x) times weekly) between 1:00pm- 5:00pm (unless

otherwise indicated).
