Acceptance for Vendor Applications for St. Croix’s 2023 Festival Parades  
 
St. Croix, VI - St. Croix District Chief, Sean Santos, would like to inform the public 
that vendor applications for the children and adults’ Festival parades will be accepted 
from Monday, November 14, 2022 to Friday, November 18, 2022. Applications can 
be picked up and dropped off at the Records Bureau at the Wilbur Francis Command 
Police Station (Rainbow Operations Building) from 9:00a.m. to 3:00p.m.
