Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  (a) Act No. 8870 as amended by Act No. 8985, section 3, (Bill No. 36-

0047) is amended in subsection (b) by striking the “must be expended not later than May 2025”

and inserting “remains available until expended”.

This bill amends Act Nos. 8870 and 8985 regarding the $1,000,000 appropriation for the

resurfacing, repairs, restoration, construction, and maintenance of the Ivanna Eudora Keen High

School track and field facilities by making the funds available until expended.
