Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, subsection 
2 
(a), a zoning use variance from the B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) zoning 
3 
designation is granted for Plot No. 295-D-2 Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix, 
4 
consisting of approximately 2.781 U.S. acres as described on survey drawing No. D9-6883-
5 
C024, to allow for warehouse and storage services (general). All other requirements of the B-
6 
2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) zoning designation continue to apply to the property.

BILL SUMMARY

This bill provides for a zoning use variance from the B-2 (Business-

Secondary/Neighborhood) zoning designation for Plot No. 295-D-2 Estate Barren Spot, King

Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to allow for warehouse and storage services (general). All

other requirements of the B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) zoning designation

continue to apply to the property.
