ORDER



WHEREAS, this matter is before the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (“Commission”

or “PSC”) on Tibbar Energy LLC’s application for certification as a Qualifying Facility pursuant to

Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the Virgin Islands Code; and



WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the application and it has been deemed complete and

in compliance with the Virgin Islands Code and the implementing regulations of the Commission;

and



WHEREAS, the Commission considered this matter at a noticed meeting, with at least ten days

advance public notice of the agenda; and



WHEREAS, the Commission has not received any comments on this matter from the public or

affected entities;



NOW THEREFORE, the Commission finds and orders:



That based on the testimony, correspondence, reports and applications before this

Comnnission, the application of Tibbar Energy, LLC, for certification as a qualifying facility pursuant

to Chapter 2 of Title 30 of the Virgin Islands Code is approved.



So Ordered.
