Dear Mr. Kwan:
As we discussed in our recent telephone conversation, Geraghty & Miller, Inc. is
interested in receiving access to the monitoring wells installed by Caribbean Hydro-Tech, Inc.
(CRT) at Four Winds Plaza (see Figure 1) for the upcoming pumping tests. Although it is not
required to monitor these wells in the Tutu Service Station Investigation Work Plan prepared by
Geraghty & Miller, Inc., March 1992, they will provide more water-level measuring points.
Using more measuring points will provide better data for evaluation of aquifer hydraulic
properties. The proximity of Monitoring Well CHT-6D and CHT-4 to the proposed pumping
wells (i.e. , MW-6 and MW-6D) would provide an excellent addition to the data.
