Jtnkins. Tony has been a career prose~~utor for over 20 years having served as botJ, a. state and fccktal 
prosec:otor in Fk1rida bc:fore coming to our office five years ago. During th(.~ interview pro(.-ess wt learned of his 
rc.putatio11 as an incredibly etJ,ical can•do pro.secut.or who dcvelopt:d large cases tlirough force of will and hard 
work. ·when l was first notified that the President had se:kcted rnc to be United States Attorney, l 
immcd.iatdy went to 1'ony and asked him to be part of my man:igement team. He has i;cived in virtually every

the EARS team arrived in April, they said it was the best Criminal Division manual they had ever seen and 
OLE plans on posting it on USABook as a n1odt.l for otl,cr distric:ts. 
Mary Beth, J have been blessed with praise I have Mt deserved. The: Rotary Clubs have sekcted me~ as 
their person of the year-, and the building owner has named the office in honor of me. Any praise that ha.s 
come my wc4y has tn be equally shared witJ, my pa.n:ner, Tony Jenkins. He embodies all of the lt'::tdership skills 
that wt-. have spnkcn of at our U.S. Attorm:y National Con.terenccs. He k..ads by ex.ample. He is most often the 
first in the office. and the last to leave. He is totally <.X>nunitted to our goals and always puts th~ mission first. 
He makes sure I.bat this D istrict follows all OOJ and EOUSA rules. The agents love him and their spirits are 
always buoyed when they learn that Tony Jenkins will be presenting their cases. Judge TI,omas Moore. our St. 
Thomas federal judge, will sing his praises all day long. You may also want to c::onsuJt with our colleague. Greg 
Miller. who knows Tony from their years as colleagues in tht Northcm Distri~-:t of Florida. 
Our philosophic:.al thinking is so close that I frequently tease him, telling him we are twin sons of
