Revision of Quality of Service Objectives for

the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation



and



Revision of Lifeline Program for the

Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation



ORDER



WHEREAS, on March 25, 2013, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission

received Petitions for Modification from the Virgin Islands Telephone Corporation d/b/a

Innovative Telephone (hereinafter “Vitelco” or “Innovative”) to modify and amend Docket 549,

Order No. 18/2013 and Docket 610 Order No. 19/2013; and



WHEREAS, on March 26, 2013, the Commission met in public session in the

Commission’s offices on both St. Thomas and St. Croix; and



WHEREAS, upon review and deliberation the Commission voted to grant the Petition

for Modification for Docket 549, Order No. 18/2013 and to direct the issuance of an amended

order in compliance with Vitelco’s Petition; and



WHEREAS, the Commission also voted that Docket 610, Order No. 19/2013 be

modified to direct that the benefits unpaid in the amount of $29,000.00 be added to the accrued



fund for Life Line and paid over to the Commission for the promotion of further uses of the Life

Line program; and



NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED:

1. That the Petition of Modification for Docket 549, Order No. 18/2013 be GRANTED.



2. To direct the issuance of an amended order in compliance with Vitelco’s Petition.
