Government Research Statement I am currently involved with outreach and monitoring at the Center for Marine and Environmental Studies (CMES) in the University of the Virgin Islands. This position is a cooperative program between the University of Puerto Rico Sea Grant College and the University of the Virgin Islands. In this position I do outreach and education about marine resources of the Virgin Islands as well as perform coral reef and fish monitoring around St. Croix. In addition I am the manager for the University’s Wetland property on St. Croix as well involved with various other outreach and education programs.
