Man Arrested Upon Return to St. Croix for Unlawful Sexual Charges 
St. Croix, USVI - On November 21, 2022, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report 
of a sexual assault that occurred in the Frederiksted area. This complaint was investigated by 
members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau. The investigation disclosed that Mr. Kishsion 
Thomas, an adult male touched a 14-year-old female inappropriately. An arrest warrant was 
sought and obtained on April 20, 2023, for Mr. Thomas, and his bail was set at $35,000.00. 
He is charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact in the First Degree and Unlawful Sexual 
Contact Second Degree. 
On May 4, 2023, investigators received credible information that Mr. Thomas returned to St. 
Croix and was present at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. Members of the Criminal 
Investigation Bureau executed the arrest warrant on 35-year-old Mr. Kishsion Thomas. He 
was placed under arrest without incident. Mr. Thomas was booked and unable to post the bail 
set. He was then transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of 
Rights Hearing.
