STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS.

The Department of Veterans Affairs community-

based outpatient clinic in Saint Croix, United States Vir-

gin Islands, shall after the date of the enactment of this 
8
Act be known and designated as the ‘‘Lieutenant Colonel 
9
David C. Canegata III Department of Veterans Affairs 
10
Community-Based Outpatient Clinic’’. Any reference to 
11
such clinic in any law, regulation, map, document, record, 
12
or other paper of the United States shall be considered 
13
to be a reference to the Lieutenant Colonel David C. 
14
Canegata III Department of Veterans Affairs Community- 
15
Based Outpatient Clinic.
