map amendment for Parcel No. 100-1C Estate Taarneberg, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands on behalf of

the owner, St. Thomas Federal Credit Union (STTFCU). St. Thomas Federal Credit union is

requesting a zone amendment from R-3 to B-1 to allow a commercial structure to be constructed on



the property.
