Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, section 3072 is amended as

follows:  (1) 
by striking “upon warrant of the Commissioner of Tourism” and inserting “only 
3 
upon appropriation from the Legislature of the Virgin Islands”; and 
4 
(2) 
by striking “, upon appropriation from the Legislature of the Virgin Islands,” 
5 
after “Governor”.
