SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

The Federal building located on St. Croix, Virgin Is-

lands, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Almeric L.
3
Christian Federal Building’’.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document,
6
paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal
7
building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be
8
a
reference
to
the
‘‘Almeric
L.
Christian
Federal
9
Building’’.

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

The Federal building located on St. Croix, Virgin Is-

lands, shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Almeric L.

Christian Federal Building’’.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

Amend the title so as to read: ‘‘A bill to designate
