Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, subchapter VIII, section 634, 
2 
subsection (a) is amended by inserting the following sentence at the end of the subsection:

“Auxiliary Peace Officers employed full time, part time, temporarily or intermittently with the 
4 
Virgin Islands Police Department, are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan under 
5 
this subchapter.”.

This bill amends title 3, chapter 25, subchapter VIII, section 634, subsection (a) by

allowing Auxiliary Peace Officers employed full time, part time, temporarily or intermittently
