SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning

designation of Right of Way Parcel No. 1-68-A and Parcel Nos. 1-68-1, 1-68-2, 1-68-3, 1-68-

4, and 1-68 Remainder Estate Bakkero, No. 5, Frenchman Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting

of a combined acreage of 14.034 U.S. acres, as shown on survey drawing numbers D9-7792-

T006 and D9-8140-T008 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium

Density).
