RE: FIRST ADDENDUM TO THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE UNAUTHORIZED

(SURPLUS LINES) INSURERS IN THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS



On July 7, 2021, the Office of the‘Lieutenant Governor, Division of Banking, Insurance, and

Financial Regulation issued Bulletin 2021-02, which provided a current listing of eligible

surplus lines insurers pursuant to Section 659, Title 22 of the Virgin Islands Code.

The purpose of this Bulletin is to amend Bulletin 2021-02 to include the following companies:

Admiral Insurance Company

SiriusPoint Specialty Insurance Corporation

(name change from Sirius Specialty Insurance Corporation)



All other information in Bulletin 2021-02 remains in effect until further notice.
