Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The sum of $2,917,519 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September

30, 2026, from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to

the University of the Virgin Islands for general operating expenses.
