Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official

Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing

the zoning designation of  Plot No. 4 Estate Charlotte Amalie, New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin 
4 
Islands, consisting of approximately 0.79 U.S. acre, as described on Survey Drawing No. B9-
5 
452-T75, from  R-2 (Residential- Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business-

Scattered).
