Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 20 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 3a, the

Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works, on behalf of the Government 
3 
of the Virgin Islands, shall accept into the public road system the roads in Estate Cane, St. Croix.
