Action taken by the UVI Board of Trustees 
 
 
Approval of Member to Foundation of the University of the Virgin Islands (FUVI) Board of 
Directors 
 
 
By unanimous vote of the FUVI Board of Directors, Mr. Kiril Sokoloff, the founder of 13D 
Research Inc.1, was invited to join the Board of Directors of FUVI as a Public Director. 
His name was forwarded to the UVI Board of Trustees for review and approval. At its meeting 
on June 9, 2012, the Board of Trustees unanimously approved Mr. Kiril Sokoloff as a candidate 
for  the position of Public Director on the Board of Directors of FUVI
