Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the

Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning 
3 
designation for Plot No. 52-B Estate Hannah’s Rest, West End Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin 
4 
Islands, consisting of approximately 0.7717 U.S. acres as more fully shown on OLG Drawing 
5 
No. 685 dated May 23, 1958, revised August 17, 2000, from C (Commercial) to B-3 (Business-
6 
Scattered).
