The undersigned does herby certify that the following is a true

and exact copy of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the

College of the Virgin Islands adopted at its meeting on June 17,

1984, as recorded in the Minutes of said meeting.



RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF

THE COLLEGE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS



WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Jerome H. Koch wish to donate 0.6420

acres of land located on Plot 15H Green Cay at the East End of

St. Croix, U. S. Virgin Islands, near "Pull Point"; to the

College of the Virgin Islands, and further desire that the use

of said property or the proceeds from the sale of said property

be restricted for the purpose of enhancing the Nursing Program

conducted on the St. Croix campus of the College of the Virgin

Islands,



NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the President and Vice

President for Business and Financial Affairs for the College of

the Virgin Islands are hereby authorized to accept the gift of

property designated as Plot 15H Green Cay, St. Croix, 0. 3. Virg

Islands donated by Mr. and Mrs. Jerome H. Koch and valued at

$16,500 as of May 4, 1984.
