AMENDMENT TO BILL NO. 36-0023

Bill No. 36-0023 is amended as follows: 
(a) 
Redesignate sections 2 and 3 as sections 3 and 4 and insert the following section 2: 
“SECTION 2.  Fifty percent of the funds collected under section 1 of this act shall 
be deposited into the District Public Road Fund established under 33 V.I.C. § 3002 as 
follows: 
(1) 
20% to the St. Croix Public Road Account; 
(2) 
20% to the St. Thomas Public Road Account; 
(3) 
7% to the St. John Public Road Account; and 
(4) 
3% to the Water Island Public Road Account. 
The remaining fifty percent balance shall be deposited into the General Fund of the 
Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands.”
