I am writing to respectfully inform you that I will be unable to attend today’s hearing and 
provide testimony regarding Bill No. 36-0110, “An Act amending title 20 Virgin Islands Code, 
part l, chapter 1 to require a permit from the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works before 
the excavation of any public roadway.” 
Regrettably, this scheduling conflict prevents my participation. I sincerely apologize for any
