Territorial Nurses Renewal Application Announcement 
US Virgin Islands - Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure (VIBNL) is pleased to announce 
that as of today, September 30, 2022, the Board has started accepting 2023-2024 renewal 
applications for all Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). 
The deadline for renewal applications is December 1, 2022.  
 
Applicants must complete their application via our Nurse Portal located on our new website at 
https://vibnl.vi.gov/. An account must be created to begin processing your application.  
 
All applications received after December 1, 2022, will incur a late fee of one hundred dollars 
($100.00). 
We are committed to keeping you informed about the renewal of your registration. Look out 
for future updates from the VIBNL.
