While Jim Tillett, Inc. is unaware of any facts which would justify a conclusion that it is a Potentially Responsible Party under § 107(a) of CERCOA 42 USC § 9607(a) with regard to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances into the environment at the Tutu well site, this is to inform you that my client is interested in participating in future activities with regard to the site and will have at least one and possibly two representatives at the 10:00 a.m. meeting on July 8, 1993 at the Nisky Center in St. Thomas.
