Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands:

SECTION 1.  The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are

appropriated from the Anti-Litter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Government of 
3 
the Virgin Islands to the following departments for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 
4 
1, 2024 through September 30, 2025.
